THIS WAS AN INCREDIBLE EVENT. NOW YOU GET TO EXPERIENCE IT WITH US!

It was one thing to get a phone call from "The Duke" and to speak with him extensively about a partnership. It was another thing to then go out to LA and meet him in person. Eventually, we had a deal and his money was in my bank account. But all of that constituted the "appetizer" where the "meal" was Duke coming to New York to meet and have breakfast with all of my friends, family and most devoted readers. It was a BLAST! The Mayor of Mount Vernon came out on short notice. Plus cousins I hadn't seen in years came out to support me. Wow. It was a day to remember; the poet BLUE came out to bless the audience with his Harlem essence, as well as Georgia Woodbine came through to drop a little motivation on the event. Renee' McRae emceed the event and kept it all flowing as only she knows how.
So many other miscellaneous friends and family came to the event and I won’t use this blog to indicate everyone because EVERYONE was important in SOME shape, form or fashion. I’m just so overwhelmed to get so much support and love from so many in such a thorough and affirmative way.
We all can’t wait for the film to come to fruition and for LL Cool Jay to play PUSH! He was made for that role and the character PUSH is definitely designed for him. Stay tuned to this blog and to “all things Relentless” to find out the further details about the PUSH project.
